Great service! Our AC stopped running and needed to be replaced. Jason came out, gave us a reasonable quote and loaned us a portable AC unit to stay cool until the system could be replaced the next day. After the guys came out to do the work, Jason came by personally to inspect everything and make sure we didn’t have any questions.

This company has been great! There is an issue with our unit covered under warranty that was difficult to diagnose but they found the issue, helped me understand what needed to be done and got me set up with their LegendAiry maintenance plan. Shout out to Luis and Adrian!

On our first night in our first home, our AC went out. It was 108 degrees outside and over 90 degrees inside our home while we were trying to move in and unpack. It was a miserable first night, and we spent it sweating from the heat and stress of wondering how difficult it was going to be to get someone out here to fix it. But…to our delight, it wasn’t a nightmare because of the service we received from this company and technician. Their responsiveness and quality care allowed our second night at home to be cool and comfortable. I can’t thank them enough for their service.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! My air vents were fixed the same day I called, and it was absolutely freezing outside.Luis and team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and showed great professionalism throughout. They explained the issue clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I immediately noticed an improvement in airflow and warmth in my home. Jason and Jason Jr showed up to check out our furnace. It ended up being a quick inspection and they even fixed an additional problem for no charge. They are the absolute best HVAC experts we’ve found! We tried a couple other companies and ended up getting used parts on what we were told was a new unit. Legend Air has integrity and would never do that! They have since replaced all our home air conditioners and furnaces over the past 8 years. Everything is in tip-top shape. Very thorough with explaining the pros and cons of my existing unit and options. I know it’s getting time to replace my entire unit and I’ll be using Legend Air when the time comes.
