Our central a/c went out in the midst of the 109 degree heat wave in Texas! I called three different services, and Legend was the first and most professional on the phone to respond. Our technician was Israel, who arrived promptly. He was extremely thorough in explaining everything wrong and even showed us pictures of the mold & rust on our parts. His demeaner, appearance & conversation was flawless and was a great ambassador for the company! We decided to replace the entire unit, and Israel had us scheduled for the very next morning. At no time did we feel rushed or confused by the plethora of information being provided; also felt like this man truly enjoyed his job, not like we were bothering him. He was very patient with our limited understanding of the HVAC systems as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know, and I hope this company appreciates what a great representative they have in this employee!

Jason was extremely knowledgable and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. He was able to figure out an issue we have been having with our system foe years that 3 other companies could not.

My a/c went out last Sunday, so I called Legend after someone from my neighborhood recommended them. To my surprise, they sent someone out the same day. A very nice technician by the name of Jason came out. I was very pleased with his professionalism and how quickly the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Legend Air repaired my air conditioning and heating system the same day they came out. They also showed me where mold was growing in my air ways. I had my system maintenanced by another company for years and they never mentioned it. I can’t believe my family was breathing that. It explains a lot of sickness we had. They were very thorough, detailed and actually showed me the issues and took photos. Our tech took his time and got us all fixed up. Since they repaired, cleaned and added the air purification system, we have had less dust, no sickness and air definitely feels cleaner! The air you and your family breathe in your home is so important and I Now have a membership to make sure everything is maintained properly. We will 100% always use Legend Air and recommend them to everyone!

Y’all… if you’re even thinking about getting your vents cleaned, stop what you’re doing and call Legend Air right now. Nathan and Jose were AHHHMAZING. Like, not just “they did a good job” amazing — I’m talking above and beyond, “where have you been all my life” kind of amazing. They were so friendly and easy to talk to (the kind of people you instantly feel good about letting into your home). They showed up right on time, communicated everything clearly, and were super thorough. They didn’t just clean the vents — they cleaned the grids, scrubbed out all the dust and gunk, cleaned the blowers in BOTH of our units, and even swapped out our UV light like total pros. And because of course life happens… when my dog decided to make a break for it (thanks to me — NOT them), they literally chased her down and helped catch her without missing a beat. Like… can we talk about legendary service?? Everything looks (and feels) so much cleaner now — I can literally breathe easier. I can’t recommend Legend Air — and especially Nathan and Jose — enough. Five stars. Ten stars. ALL the stars.

Very nice well spoken young man. Came in and explained everything in full detail that we needed. Did not pressure us into buying anything we didn’t need.

We just replaced our unit with Legend Air and they have been very responsive to our issues and concerns. Jason has been quick to come out to help us even when we were out of town on vacation during the crazy 105+ temps. My mother was house sitting and staying with our pets and he helped by putting spot coolers in our home at no additional cost until we got back and was able to get the new unit. He came out right away again today because of an issue and will be back tomorrow to make sure everything is taken care of. They stay in contact with us through text/emails through our whole process. Their customer service is amazing!! We recommend them 100%!

Great Furnace repair appointment. They fixed my heat fast and they were very friendly. Owner Called me afterwards to check on the repair Will call them for any AC repairs or AC maintenance in the future.
