I had the pleasure of purchasing an hvac system from Luis ; overall loved the environment & professionalism that he brought. He pointed out all aspects of my new system, had answers to all my questions, made sure I was overall happy wit the purchase.
Joseph was scheduled to come out on January 31,2023, a Tuesday, between 2-6pm to do inspection and maintenance on our A/C and heating system. This was a day when there was ice on all the roads and he still showed up, I was expecting a call asking to reschedule which I would have gladly done. He called 15 minutes before he showed up and was here as scheduled. During the inspection and maintenance everything that was done was explained in detail that I would understand. I was there with them during the entire time. The system was taken apart and looked at both inside and out. They asked me questions about how the system was heating and cooling our house and I told them that some rooms were hotter or colder when they shouldn’t have been. Then was explained how the system should be working and shown the reasons why the system was behaving this way. We moved into this house in 2003 and are original owners and as every one knows the systems they put in were trash. In 2013 we had to replace the entire system and thought we were going with a company that would correctly install and fix any issues with the duct work that was originally done in our house, but this was not done, they just threw the system in and taped it all together. Legend Air showed me all the mistakes and issues with how the previous company installed everything. I asked for an estimate on what it would cost to correct all the issues that were found with the system as well as just replacing the entire system. Based on the estimates we went with a complete new system to be installed. ( Going back and looking at the cost of replacing the entire system in 2013 based on this install, I believe I was overcharged by double by the company in 2013). The furnace and A/C. As you know the weather was getting worse and the roads were not going to be driveable but they stated they could come back on Thursday February 2, 2023. They arrived on Thursday as stated and installed the entire system inside and out. This company has been the best and most knowledgeable and transparent I have ever dealt with. Will be sticking with this company.
Professional, on time, appreciated all of the information so that I could.get a couple of estimates and went with the best price and fix for my issues. Getting those honest opinions helps greatly.

Adrian did a great job explaining things to us today. He got my MIL A/C working today. He was very friendly and seemed to care.

We just replaced our unit with Legend Air and they have been very responsive to our issues and concerns. Jason has been quick to come out to help us even when we were out of town on vacation during the crazy 105+ temps. My mother was house sitting and staying with our pets and he helped by putting spot coolers in our home at no additional cost until we got back and was able to get the new unit. He came out right away again today because of an issue and will be back tomorrow to make sure everything is taken care of. They stay in contact with us through text/emails through our whole process. Their customer service is amazing!! We recommend them 100%!
