My AC had been on its last leg the past two summers. My house wasn’t getting below 80 degrees in the heat of the day, livable but miserable. So uncomfortable we weren’t sleeping well. I got on Little Elm Live for recommendations on AC companies. The response was overwhelming and the majority recommended Legend. With all the great reviews, I was concerned I would be put on a long waiting list to schedule someone. Even with me being a new customer, Sara got me scheduled and Jason was out within hours. He did not rush when he was here and made us feel like top priority. Though he knew it wasn’t what we wanted to hear, he told me it needed to be replaced. I had a new unit within days. And let me tell you, it freezes us out. Sara and Jason handle EVERYTHING and make the process so easy. I chose them not only for their pricing but the fact that they truly do care. They do not want anyone sitting in a hot house! I feel like they work an obscene amount of hours making sure every one of their customers is taken care of. If you’re having any trouble with your AC. Jason arrived on time and discovered that my system was leaking and gave me all the information I needed to contact my home warranty for repairs. First time using Legend Air. Luis was our tech . He was amazing! He explained everything in detail what was going on and showed us pictures.
