We are selling a house for our client that has already left town. The client had Legend Air install a new system about ten months ago. He was very happy with the work they did. He even remembered the name of the friendly tech, it was Louis. Well, the buyers had an inspection done, the inspector claimed the AC needed a 40 amp breaker where a 45 amp breaker was. Louis came out to check it out. He said the inspector was right. A 40 amp breaker needed to be put in. Now, bear in mind, we had this same situation about 2 years ago and another company ( Milestone) was called and charged the client $500 for a simple breaker. Louis said the standard charge would be $275. We argued that the correct size breaker should have been put in during installation. He agreed. So, he called his field supervisor and got a discounted price of $250 ( this was after I got mad ) Due to the principle of the matter, we still were not happy. He offered another $10 discount. NOPE, not good enough. We seemed to be a stand still. Louis had done a great job staying calm and talking to us. Then, he goes up and above, and calls the owner. The owner told him just to do it for free. Like any smart business owner would have done. The breaker was changed out to the proper size and everyone is happy. We will be recommending Legend AC and heating from now on to all of our clients. PS my wife has dealt with many different AC companies during the last 25 years of selling homes. She wishes there were more techs like Louis. He impressed both of us. We really liked and appreciated him.

First visit fixed what was faulty and went the whole season with no problems. Now, just had the tune up to keep us warm through the winter. They called to remind me of the time up included with my membership, which I am so thankful for because I would have forgotten about it if not by their suggestion to go ahead and schedule it before it gets cold. Adrian explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew about possible upcoming maintenance and a quote in case we want to get ahead of the problem, without pushing for a service. They truly just come out to do their tune up, not for an upsell, which is rare. Would recommend to anyone.
