I had a minor wiring issue with a new unit installed by Legend Air. Jason and Joe came out the same day and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. They were very polite, friendly, and professional! Jason and Jason Jr showed up to check out our furnace. It ended up being a quick inspection and they even fixed an additional problem for no charge. They are the absolute best HVAC experts we’ve found! We tried a couple other companies and ended up getting used parts on what we were told was a new unit. Legend Air has integrity and would never do that! They have since replaced all our home air conditioners and furnaces over the past 8 years. Everything is in tip-top shape. We had an amazing experience with Legend Air. Our AC was leaking through the ceiling at our office. Jason came out within hours after calling him, and quickly found the problem. He told my husband exactly what part was not working correctly, told him where to buy a new one, and how to fix it himself. We will be using them for any and all AC repair and replacement needs in the future. It is very obvious they care a great deal about their customers. We would highly recommend Legend Air. Called Legend Air at 645am as our upstairs AC unit wasn’t cooling down as usual and wanted a general maintenance call to come take a look. Got a call back by 8am and at 1030 Joseph showed up. Looked everything over cleaned up the outside units for me and got me back up running. Joseph knows his stuff. I have used them in the past to install a new AC unit about 4 yrs ago. I’ve always had a great experience with them. Really honest and do offer great prices. Very competitive and often beat the competitors. They also offer a great maintenance plan. Legend Air is and will always be my go to when comes to heating and air.. I only wish they did commercial too, we could’ve of used them this summer.
