I first used Legend Air about a year ago for an AC repair. I was so impressed with their service that I’ve referred several family and friends to them. Everyone was equally impressed with their professionalism and great service. I’ve used other companies in the past and none hold a candle to Legend Air.

After receiving so many recommendations for Legend Air on our neighborhood Facebook group we decided to give them a try. Our entire experience was wonderful. Paige in the office and Jason at our appointment were so friendly and knowledgeable. Jason went above and beyond for us and even took our trash out that was sitting by the door. (I just had surgery and couldn’t get around well)
We ended up going with them for a complete AC replacement and we are beyond satisfied with our decision. They called and checked up on us and also sent someone out to quality check the installation. We have never received such amazing customer service and quality work before. We have now recommended several people to Legend for their AC repairs and all have expressed their love for them as well. We have been using Legend for years now, and Luis has been our technician for most of that time. He comes out for the spring and fall tune up, and has always been so professional, quick, and educated on what needs to be done. He has always taken the time to really answer our questions and help us make the best decisions for our unit while really taking the age of it into consideration. Never pressuring us to do more just because. Super honest and it’s nice to know we can trust his recommendations when we have any problem. Even so far as suggesting so things to adjust on our side to care for the unit and extend its life. This last time we called, and even got so lucky that he was there in under hour because it was off season. Luis is really one of the big reasons we continue to go back to Legend.

Great service! Our AC stopped running and needed to be replaced. Jason came out, gave us a reasonable quote and loaned us a portable AC unit to stay cool until the system could be replaced the next day. After the guys came out to do the work, Jason came by personally to inspect everything and make sure we didn’t have any questions.

This company has been great! There is an issue with our unit covered under warranty that was difficult to diagnose but they found the issue, helped me understand what needed to be done and got me set up with their LegendAiry maintenance plan. Shout out to Luis and Adrian!
