The tech, Luis, was at our house about 1 hour after we placed the call for help. Our a/c was leaking and water was coming up through our brand new floors. Luis was super sweet from the moment I opened the door until the moment he left. He went above and beyond to make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong with our entire unit besides a clogged pipe. I will definitely use Legend again for any HVAC needs and routine maintenance all because Luis was excellent.

My ac stopped cooling late in the afternoon. When other companies either didn’t respond or didn’t have availability-I was able to schedule appointment the next day with Legend customer service. My technician-Adrian was on time, very professional and worked quickly to get my ac back to cooling. Will definitely be using Adrian @Legend Air for future hvac needs!!

On our first night in our first home, our AC went out. It was 108 degrees outside and over 90 degrees inside our home while we were trying to move in and unpack. It was a miserable first night, and we spent it sweating from the heat and stress of wondering how difficult it was going to be to get someone out here to fix it. But…to our delight, it wasn’t a nightmare because of the service we received from this company and technician. Their responsiveness and quality care allowed our second night at home to be cool and comfortable. I can’t thank them enough for their service.

Best air conditioning company I ever used. I got 2 estimates, and both were very expensive . My neighbor told me to contact Legend Air, this was the best call I had ever made. Jason checked my ac system and gave an estimate that was half of what others gave me. He was honest and fast, and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend this company.

Nov 2023, ANOTHER Regular winter maintenance checkup this time. Joseph did thorough job as I have come to expect from Legend. Spring 2023 they replaced 14 year old downstairs a/c and furnace. Winter 2022, Luis did amazingly thorough job far more checks and cleaning than any other service I’ve used. Well worth the monthly vip cost. Spring 2021 (3rd service on original builder unit) the 12 year old system was not worth repairing. Legend Air replaced it with new, 10yr warranty, higher SEER system. Price was great, (best bid) and install quality was outstanding. MUCH better job sealing ducts, cable and plumbing ports, etc. than original builder install! Jason replaced the compressor fan motor with screeching bearings. On time; parts & labor w no extra service charge.. He also looked at my multi-zone system and identified a number of issues that my prior HVAC company should have seen. I now have a service contract with Legend! 2nd visit for tuneup and system inspection. They found and fixed FIVE things my old service overlooked or ignored. And took the time to explain and show what needed to be corrected!
