They have provided excellent service, showed up on time, and fixed the problem(s) which has lasted for a couple of years now. Jason is very polite and efficient. They were able to make it the same day that we called (and it had to be a VERY busy day!). They were prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the air flowing in about 20 minutes. it was 89 degrees inside! We will use you again!!!

Our central a/c went out in the midst of the 109 degree heat wave in Texas! I called three different services, and Legend was the first and most professional on the phone to respond. Our technician was Israel, who arrived promptly. He was extremely thorough in explaining everything wrong and even showed us pictures of the mold & rust on our parts. His demeaner, appearance & conversation was flawless and was a great ambassador for the company! We decided to replace the entire unit, and Israel had us scheduled for the very next morning. At no time did we feel rushed or confused by the plethora of information being provided; also felt like this man truly enjoyed his job, not like we were bothering him. He was very patient with our limited understanding of the HVAC systems as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know, and I hope this company appreciates what a great representative they have in this employee!
