Legend Air repaired my air conditioning and heating system the same day they came out. They also showed me where mold was growing in my air ways. I had my system maintenanced by another company for years and they never mentioned it. I can’t believe my family was breathing that. It explains a lot of sickness we had. They were very thorough, detailed and actually showed me the issues and took photos. Our tech took his time and got us all fixed up. Since they repaired, cleaned and added the air purification system, we have had less dust, no sickness and air definitely feels cleaner! The air you and your family breathe in your home is so important and I Now have a membership to make sure everything is maintained properly. We will 100% always use Legend Air and recommend them to everyone!

The tech, Luis, was at our house about 1 hour after we placed the call for help. Our a/c was leaking and water was coming up through our brand new floors. Luis was super sweet from the moment I opened the door until the moment he left. He went above and beyond to make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong with our entire unit besides a clogged pipe. I will definitely use Legend again for any HVAC needs and routine maintenance all because Luis was excellent.

Joseph was scheduled to come out on January 31,2023, a Tuesday, between 2-6pm to do inspection and maintenance on our A/C and heating system. This was a day when there was ice on all the roads and he still showed up, I was expecting a call asking to reschedule which I would have gladly done. He called 15 minutes before he showed up and was here as scheduled. During the inspection and maintenance everything that was done was explained in detail that I would understand. I was there with them during the entire time. The system was taken apart and looked at both inside and out. They asked me questions about how the system was heating and cooling our house and I told them that some rooms were hotter or colder when they shouldn’t have been. Then was explained how the system should be working and shown the reasons why the system was behaving this way. We moved into this house in 2003 and are original owners and as every one knows the systems they put in were trash. In 2013 we had to replace the entire system and thought we were going with a company that would correctly install and fix any issues with the duct work that was originally done in our house, but this was not done, they just threw the system in and taped it all together. Legend Air showed me all the mistakes and issues with how the previous company installed everything. I asked for an estimate on what it would cost to correct all the issues that were found with the system as well as just replacing the entire system. Based on the estimates we went with a complete new system to be installed. ( Going back and looking at the cost of replacing the entire system in 2013 based on this install, I believe I was overcharged by double by the company in 2013). The furnace and A/C. As you know the weather was getting worse and the roads were not going to be driveable but they stated they could come back on Thursday February 2, 2023. They arrived on Thursday as stated and installed the entire system inside and out. This company has been the best and most knowledgeable and transparent I have ever dealt with. Will be sticking with this company.

We have been using Legend for years now, and Luis has been our technician for most of that time. He comes out for the spring and fall tune up, and has always been so professional, quick, and educated on what needs to be done. He has always taken the time to really answer our questions and help us make the best decisions for our unit while really taking the age of it into consideration. Never pressuring us to do more just because. Super honest and it’s nice to know we can trust his recommendations when we have any problem. Even so far as suggesting so things to adjust on our side to care for the unit and extend its life. This last time we called, and even got so lucky that he was there in under hour because it was off season. Luis is really one of the big reasons we continue to go back to Legend.

Use this company. Fast, affordable, and friendly is how I would describe Jason and his team. He sent me estimates in the wee hours of the night. Our AC went completely out Thursday night, and we are up and running with a complete new system by Sunday night. His prices were fair, and he was nothing but professional. If you need an AC guy, this is your company.

Awesome and quick service. Called Jason and he was at our house within just a few minutes. He fixed our a/c and we had the air on quickly. I am so thankful that he took the time to come out and fix our a/c. Highly recommend!!
