Joseph was scheduled to come out on January 31,2023, a Tuesday, between 2-6pm to do inspection and maintenance on our A/C and heating system. This was a day when there was ice on all the roads and he still showed up, I was expecting a call asking to reschedule which I would have gladly done. He called 15 minutes before he showed up and was here as scheduled. During the inspection and maintenance everything that was done was explained in detail that I would understand. I was there with them during the entire time. The system was taken apart and looked at both inside and out. They asked me questions about how the system was heating and cooling our house and I told them that some rooms were hotter or colder when they shouldn’t have been. Then was explained how the system should be working and shown the reasons why the system was behaving this way. We moved into this house in 2003 and are original owners and as every one knows the systems they put in were trash. In 2013 we had to replace the entire system and thought we were going with a company that would correctly install and fix any issues with the duct work that was originally done in our house, but this was not done, they just threw the system in and taped it all together. Legend Air showed me all the mistakes and issues with how the previous company installed everything. I asked for an estimate on what it would cost to correct all the issues that were found with the system as well as just replacing the entire system. Based on the estimates we went with a complete new system to be installed. ( Going back and looking at the cost of replacing the entire system in 2013 based on this install, I believe I was overcharged by double by the company in 2013). The furnace and A/C. As you know the weather was getting worse and the roads were not going to be driveable but they stated they could come back on Thursday February 2, 2023. They arrived on Thursday as stated and installed the entire system inside and out. This company has been the best and most knowledgeable and transparent I have ever dealt with. Will be sticking with this company.

Legend Air has been incredibly helpful in resolving some of our HVAC problems. When our AC went out over the summer, they were able to quickly come and diagnose the problem. They had specialized replacement parts in hand within 2 days. Then we had some minor heating issues at the start of this winter. They took care of it quickly. On both occasions, they communicated regularly and kept us up to date. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Legend Air for almost 5 years. I have never experienced bad service or feel I’ve been taken advantage of. The team responds very promptly, always arrive when they say they will, and extremely professional. Luis has always been awesome when he comes to my home. Thorough and professional. I highly recommend Legend air for all your cooling and heating needs. they have a fast response time and always a pleasure to deal with. Luis and Adrian came to my place and repaired my heater.They were both very professional and nice gentleman.

Our HVAC had issues in the middle of the night. I called Legend and was able to get a service tech sent out. Adrian was very professional and knowledgeable. He took pictures and explained to me everything and gave me the best recommendation for repair. I was the last job for his day. Adrian stayed and done a thorough job regardless of the time it took.
