We have been using Legend for years now, and Luis has been our technician for most of that time. He comes out for the spring and fall tune up, and has always been so professional, quick, and educated on what needs to be done. He has always taken the time to really answer our questions and help us make the best decisions for our unit while really taking the age of it into consideration. Never pressuring us to do more just because. Super honest and it’s nice to know we can trust his recommendations when we have any problem. Even so far as suggesting so things to adjust on our side to care for the unit and extend its life. This last time we called, and even got so lucky that he was there in under hour because it was off season. Luis is really one of the big reasons we continue to go back to Legend.

Very Great company, extremely reliable and dependable. The techs are respectful and efficient, the reps in the office are as well and very friendly. I was impressed wth JJ, one of the helpers for the technicians. He was very knowledgeable and friendly for the young adult that he is. This is by far the BEST AC/HVAC company in the DFW area!!!!!! Legend Air has been incredibly helpful in resolving some of our HVAC problems. When our AC went out over the summer, they were able to quickly come and diagnose the problem. They had specialized replacement parts in hand within 2 days. Then we had some minor heating issues at the start of this winter. They took care of it quickly. On both occasions, they communicated regularly and kept us up to date. Highly recommended.

Great service! Our AC stopped running and needed to be replaced. Jason came out, gave us a reasonable quote and loaned us a portable AC unit to stay cool until the system could be replaced the next day. After the guys came out to do the work, Jason came by personally to inspect everything and make sure we didn’t have any questions.

This company has been great! There is an issue with our unit covered under warranty that was difficult to diagnose but they found the issue, helped me understand what needed to be done and got me set up with their LegendAiry maintenance plan. Shout out to Luis and Adrian!
