I’m always sceptical of service companies like auto mechanics and ac repair for known reasons. I’ve had another company out to service / fix my ac unit they were helpful but in the end all they were after was to upsell me a 8 thousand dollar unit.

Because of the great reviews of Legend Air I decided to go with them with my ac issues. Luis came out and was very thorough with his diagnosis and explanation of my options. It’s a relief to find a service company that’s not out to get a large sale out of a simple service when it’s not necessary. I will use and recommend Legend Air. Honestly in a service company is hard to find in this day and age. Thank you Legend Air and Luis.

Friendly customer service. Technician was very informative and gave recommendations for routine maintenance to keep my AC working properly for the upcoming summer. We Will use them again if I ever have any issues in the future.

We received great service from Jason & Nate, our indoor unit was reaching nearly 20 years of life and all at once decided to give up on us. They were able to come out the same day to give a full evaluation of the situation. They were great at giving us the information clearly, they were able to give us options that ranged from putting a bandaid on the situation to making sure our full system is in tip top shape and no longer a thing of concern for us. We ended up going with an option in the middle that not only worked best for us financially but gave us peace of mind that we won’t have to deal with a bigger issue down the road. Highly recommend them, we appreciate how patient they were as well, considering these types of things come with a lot of information at once & we were asking a million questions. They were great at making sure we were on the same page every step of the way. Installation went great, so smooth and the crew that installed everything were kind, courteous, & efficient!
