Nov 2023, ANOTHER Regular winter maintenance checkup this time. Joseph did thorough job as I have come to expect from Legend. Spring 2023 they replaced 14 year old downstairs a/c and furnace. Winter 2022, Luis did amazingly thorough job far more checks and cleaning than any other service I’ve used. Well worth the monthly vip cost. Spring 2021 (3rd service on original builder unit) the 12 year old system was not worth repairing. Legend Air replaced it with new, 10yr warranty, higher SEER system. Price was great, (best bid) and install quality was outstanding. MUCH better job sealing ducts, cable and plumbing ports, etc. than original builder install! Jason replaced the compressor fan motor with screeching bearings. On time; parts & labor w no extra service charge.. He also looked at my multi-zone system and identified a number of issues that my prior HVAC company should have seen. I now have a service contract with Legend! 2nd visit for tuneup and system inspection. They found and fixed FIVE things my old service overlooked or ignored. And took the time to explain and show what needed to be corrected!

Luis was our technican and that young man is a credit to your organization. He was very patient with all my questions and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Would highly recommend Legend Air just because of Luis!!!

The team at Legend Air are top notch!!! Everyone I have encountered have been extremely friendly and very helpful. In my last system check, there were some major issues with my HVAC system. I was outside of the builder warranty for that system (5 years). They were upfront, and honest about the cost involved without price gauging. They even helped me with financing since I didn’t have the full amount on hand. Very customer focused! I highly recommend them!!!

Great service with same day HVAC repair. Our technician Adrian was on time and very professional, explaining the repairs and its cost thoroughly. Opted in their maintenance plan to avoid spending another extremely hot day without the AC cooling the house.

I’m always sceptical of service companies like auto mechanics and ac repair for known reasons. I’ve had another company out to service / fix my ac unit they were helpful but in the end all they were after was to upsell me a 8 thousand dollar unit.

Because of the great reviews of Legend Air I decided to go with them with my ac issues. Luis came out and was very thorough with his diagnosis and explanation of my options. It’s a relief to find a service company that’s not out to get a large sale out of a simple service when it’s not necessary. I will use and recommend Legend Air. I wanted to give a HUGE recommendation for Legend Air – Heating & Cooling, LLC. We were a day out from moving into our new home and learned that the AC upstairs wasn’t working. The guy who just serviced and supposedly replaced the capacitor wouldn’t come out for a week.

I called Legend’s office and their receptionist took GREAT care of me. Jason was over within a couple of hours and replaced the part, restoring the AC. It’s AMAZING to have Neighbors in Business who truly care about their customers and are GREAT at what they do. With this heat, you can’t mess around…. If you need any type of AC support..
