Our central a/c went out in the midst of the 109 degree heat wave in Texas! I called three different services, and Legend was the first and most professional on the phone to respond. Our technician was Israel, who arrived promptly. He was extremely thorough in explaining everything wrong and even showed us pictures of the mold & rust on our parts. His demeaner, appearance & conversation was flawless and was a great ambassador for the company! We decided to replace the entire unit, and Israel had us scheduled for the very next morning. At no time did we feel rushed or confused by the plethora of information being provided; also felt like this man truly enjoyed his job, not like we were bothering him. He was very patient with our limited understanding of the HVAC systems as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know, and I hope this company appreciates what a great representative they have in this employee!
Great Furnace repair appointment. They fixed my heat fast and they were very friendly. Owner Called me afterwards to check on the repair Will call them for any AC repairs or AC maintenance in the future.

Jason was exceptional at his job. He stayed up late just so I didn’t have to sleep without air in a Texas summer. He went above and beyond on customer service. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. Not having knowledge on how the system works, he explained very clearly on how it is supposed to work and what my issue was. Our heat wasn’t working. We called Legend Air and Luis was at our house within an hour. He looked at our system and clearly explained options to fix the issue AND prevent it from happening in the future. We were up and running as soon as the warehouse had the part available.
