This is what you hope to get from any company you hire to perform a service. The technician showed up as promised, calling in advance, tuned and cleaned both systems, inside and out, took photographs of his readouts and shared them with me, and then asked if I had any concerns. No scare tactics. Just the facts. I bought what I needed, not what the salesman wanted me to buy, and I felt like I paid a fair price. That’s a perfect transaction, imo.

We have been using Legend for years now, and Luis has been our technician for most of that time. He comes out for the spring and fall tune up, and has always been so professional, quick, and educated on what needs to be done. He has always taken the time to really answer our questions and help us make the best decisions for our unit while really taking the age of it into consideration. Never pressuring us to do more just because. Super honest and it’s nice to know we can trust his recommendations when we have any problem. Even so far as suggesting so things to adjust on our side to care for the unit and extend its life. This last time we called, and even got so lucky that he was there in under hour because it was off season. Luis is really one of the big reasons we continue to go back to Legend.

Use this company. Fast, affordable, and friendly is how I would describe Jason and his team. He sent me estimates in the wee hours of the night. Our AC went completely out Thursday night, and we are up and running with a complete new system by Sunday night. His prices were fair, and he was nothing but professional. If you need an AC guy, this is your company.
