Our heat wasn’t working. We called Legend Air and Luis was at our house within an hour. He looked at our system and clearly explained options to fix the issue AND prevent it from happening in the future. We were up and running as soon as the warehouse had the part available. Very Great company, extremely reliable and dependable. The techs are respectful and efficient, the reps in the office are as well and very friendly. I was impressed wth JJ, one of the helpers for the technicians. He was very knowledgeable and friendly for the young adult that he is. This is by far the BEST AC/HVAC company in the DFW area!!!!!! My AC had been on its last leg the past two summers. My house wasn’t getting below 80 degrees in the heat of the day, livable but miserable. So uncomfortable we weren’t sleeping well. I got on Little Elm Live for recommendations on AC companies. The response was overwhelming and the majority recommended Legend. With all the great reviews, I was concerned I would be put on a long waiting list to schedule someone. Even with me being a new customer, Sara got me scheduled and Jason was out within hours. He did not rush when he was here and made us feel like top priority. Though he knew it wasn’t what we wanted to hear, he told me it needed to be replaced. I had a new unit within days. And let me tell you, it freezes us out. Sara and Jason handle EVERYTHING and make the process so easy. I chose them not only for their pricing but the fact that they truly do care. They do not want anyone sitting in a hot house! I feel like they work an obscene amount of hours making sure every one of their customers is taken care of. If you’re having any trouble with your AC. Call them. You will NOT be disappointed. Awesome awesome people to work with.
Legend Air is an amazing AC company. We had them come out to repair our air conditioner when another company couldn’t figure out the issue. So glad we called them. They inspected my whole system, took several photos and videos and educated me on everything. They even found a ton of mold growing in my system that the other company failed to find. I will always use Legend Air and recommend them to everyone. Update. Still awesome. They came again for my cleaning and were great!
Adrian did a great job explaining things to us today. He got my MIL A/C working today. He was very friendly and seemed to care.
It was very promptly timings and very technical and explained very well and fixed our problem and he cleans all system surroundings
Adrian was the tech that came to bail my wife and I out of the heat! Our house was getting close to the high 80’s and in less than an hour we were back in business. He was very clear on what the problem was, how much it was going to cost, and some options available to us in terms of preventing future mishaps. Absolutely recommend this business for people in need.
